My Sugar - Fix

Thu, Sep 1, 2011 at 9:20 AM By: New Country Fans

These past few weeks I have been pretty bumbed. Besides the terrible tragedy in Indy, it seems like everyone has been dumping things to do on me and my ToDo list gets longer and my Done list doesn't. I haven't had time for my workouts, music or anything. I came home yesterday determined to get out for my workout no matter what. I threw on the Ipod, started stretching and wouldn't you know the first song up was, Tonight probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite song from Sugarland. I started feeling just a little better so as I got out the door from stretching to jog and I decided to play it again. All of a sudden, I knew why I was so bumbed - it wasn't all the stresses, it was no Sugarland time!!! After Tonight came Every Girl LIke Me, then It Happens and then Stand up Live at All State Arena for the relief fund. By the time I got back from the workout, I had turned on only the Sugarland directory and back to my old self. Today is totally different. Thank you Sugarland for getting me back to me!

It is really something how so many Sugarfans feel the same way. Glad to be a part of a great group, great band, wish I could see them again this year! Has anyone heard what might be the plan for the private memorial?

well I'm the same way, I love to listen to Sugarland when I'm in my car (currently I've the IM cd in my player since I got it in the mail back in Oct)but after the Indy accident I couldn't listen to any Sugarland music because when ever I did i'd start thinking about how they were all doing and about the victims and how they were doing and I'd get kind of depressed, so I switched out the IM cd for a Martina cd (cuz her vocals remind me of Jennifer's vocals). That lasted for a grand total of two days, it just wasn't the same without my Sugarland! So now I'm back to alternating between IM and TTSOL when ever I am in my car.

I guess I should have known. I have called our local radio station asking for more Sugarland becuase it seems like they don't play them as much as the use to. Maybe JENN AND KRISTIAN should get another single release so we hear more of them on the radio. I really should have known that was my problem these past weeks! To me every single on these albums should be a single release! Can't get enough!!!!!!
