CMA Country Christmas, hosted by Jennifer: Watch and talk about it here...
Jennifer hosted the second-annual CMA Country Christmas Special this evening, in a series of resplendent outfits -- did you follow us on Twitter to see the photos? -- and with the great privilege of introducing some of country music's greatest singers to ring in the holidays alongside her. Jennifer and Kristian also performed their bilingual version of "Silent Night" (from Gold and Green) and joined the whole cast for a show-closing rendition of "Jingle Bells." My wife and I recorded the show and keep watching "Silent Night" over and over with the surround sound system cranked up and with the receiver setting on "Hall in Vienna". This performance is perfection at its absolute best. We said the same thing after seeing you live. You set the standard as musicians as far as were concerned.
