Sugarpass presales for 2012: Here's your quick brush-up on how it all works!
Sugarpass presales for 2012 are underway, and we want to be sure both new members and old have all the information they need to participate! Here's your quick brush-up tutorial on how Sugarpass presales work:
- All Sugarpass presales will be announced via Sugarlandmusic.com and our email list. Whenever presale tickets are available, Sugarpass members will be alerted by this site as well as via email, so stay tuned! Although not all shows will have presale opportunities, if there's a chance to get tickets early via your Sugarpass membership, we'll let you know. We will always try to alert you in advance, but in some cases it may be at the last minute. Keep it right here on Sugarlandmusic.com, and you won't miss a thing.
- Regular onsales will be announced whenever possible on this site as well. Not a Sugarpass member? You should still keep it here for updates! Our Tour page will always be the most current place to get tour dates, venues, and ticketing information.
- You do NOT need a code to access the Sugarlandmusic.com presales. If you are a Sugarpass member and you are logged into your account on Sugarlandmusic.com, you will be able to participate in the presale on our Tour page.
- You do NOT need your laminate in hand to participate in presales. Again, just be logged in here, and you'll be able to participate!
- Speaking of, what's going on with laminates for 2012? They're on their way! All enrolled Sugarpass members will receive their 2012 laminate in December. If you've recently joined our fan club, you will also receive a 2012 laminate at that time. In the meantime, everyone please go to your Dashboard and confirm that your mailing address is entered in our system, and that the information is correct. We can't send you presents if we don't know where to send them.
