AWESOME

I have to say you guys rocked it on Valintines day. My favorite valinetines day would have to be the one in 1999 it was the year I was Married love it. My husband was my Valintine gift. I also remember the hand ting that told you to pick a color and then a color again then a number that told you how many kids you were going to have.

~~Love it~~

Valetines special to me as I proposed to my wife way back 1981 when teenagers ! Popular poem from the bard Robert Burns- O my Luve's like a red, red rose, That's newly sprung in June: O my Luve's like the melodie, That's sweetly play'd in tune. As fair art thou, my bonie lass, So deep in luve am I; And I will luve thee still, my dear, Till a' the seas gang dry. Till a' the seas gang dry, my dear, And the rocks melt wi' the sun; And I will luve thee still, my dear, While the sands o' life shall run. And fare-thee-weel, my only Luve! And fare-thee-weel, a while! And I will come again, my Luve, Tho' 'twere ten thousand mile!

My Valentines Day! ....embarressing!

Haha Jenn, the same thing happend to me!!! There was this guy that was my best friend and on valentines day he decided to ask me out so he bought me a HUGE bad of valentines gift, (a wiener dog that says i love you, a teddy bear with a heart, a plastic rose, a chocolate rose and a bunch of chocolate candy..which was gone about a hour later haha), then he left that on my desk in 1st period, and i was like thats not mine, no thats really not mine...then i told my friend to walk in and grab it for me! Then he bought me a flower and chocolates and sent them to my 6th period and everyone was like awww and i was like oh shut up hes my best friend...and they were like i dont think so, and then he had to choir sing to me in front of everyone in class.....and i just sat there in shock while everyone else laughed! talk about embarressing, and then at the end of the day he asked me to be his girlfriend and i turned him down because i didnt want to ruin the friendship, and he got mad and never spoke to me again! lol this was last year, my junior year, and i have him this year in my first period, and he ignores me. AND THEN, when i drove to Green Bay WI to see you guys in concert he texted me with an unknown number and he was like,"hi" and i was like," who is this?" and he was like," a long lost friend that misses his best friend" and i was like," seriously who is this?" and he wouldnt tell me until 3 hours later, and then he finally said," fine, its franco, but obviously since im a bother to you i will never talk to you again!" All i said was who is this...i didnt do anything! haha but yeah haha that was my valentines day!!!! Haha

Valentines

This video is the best! I definitely remember all of those years of passing valentines to each other in elementary school. We used empty cereal boxes to drop the valentines into... We would cover them with paper and then decorate them with markers and stickers! Oh good memories. And I think my high school may have a step forward from the carnations with the embarrassing factor... Our orchestra did symphony serenades where different string quartets of students would travel to classes and interrupt the teaching to serenade someone with a love song right as his or her desk. And of course along came a note sometimes with candy from a friend or even secret admirer that had sent it! But it could be sent anonymous too! Oh goodness, it was the worst... talk about embarrassing! And I definitely remember those "childhood love astrology" things, they were called cootie catchers! We used to do them all the time! And MASH, who remembers that game?! Because apparently that determined the rest of our lives as well. Let's just say I'm glad my future hasn't been determined by childhood superstitious play... haha! Well knock on wood, I'm only 21! Kristian the story about you and your wife was the cutest! Jennifer, no Valentines anecdote for us?! Hahaha... Thanks for breaking out the Marvin Gaye, a classic! Although, I had no idea what that rap was, but I loved it! And busting into Edward Cullen references is always okay with me!

Your New Album & Valentine's Day

I just love, love, luuvv your new album...you don't know how much I wish I was closer to one of your performances. I'm singing along to "Life In a Northern Town" with a southern accent, well, my attempt at a southern accent. You two are hot hot hot, and I mean that in several different ways.... Girl, you have got to get a more memorable Valentine's Day this year! Or are you all private down in the South...I couldn't get anything personal off of wikipedia? One Valentine's I got all dressed up and ready for my boyfriend to come home in red satin lingerie and I hid a few chocolate kisses...he came in the door...and just kinda stood there...it was a bit awkward...maybe it was too soon in the relationship, so I said "hurry up the chocolates are melting!" Geez, I've had chocolates, but never with wings on the box....On my own for VDay this year got my puppy a pink porcupine stuffy...he loves pulling the stuffing out so that's my big planned excitement for the day. Life in the slow lane...maybe I'll make some pink rice krispie squares and put on that bonus track..."...swing of your hips...taste of your lips. I bought myself some pink sugared jellies but I don't think they are going to make it to the 14th. Did I say what absolutely incredible voices you have???!!! And that Marvin Gaye thing...wow...think I'd like to hear you do some Kid Rock, but that might be too exciting. Anyhow, you are my numero uno group beyond the beyond would love to meet you one day, but damn that geography glad I faked the zip though to see the clip...hey I'll pay for my flight if I can still win the contest. Love SM, from a Northern Town, Host of 2010 Olympic Cross Country Event ( and it's not Vancouver or Whistler) By the way did I mention that Canada has more lakes than the rest of the world combined...so if you're looking to go travelling and touring in 2010, or earlier...I know a small town country paradise....:-)

This is the best thing ever.

Two of my favorite things just happened simultaneously: Sugarland & Twilight. It's an amazing day. But seriously, am I the only one who just Googled Jenny Brown AND Edward Cullen, even though I already know who Edward Cullen is? Because I maybe kinda sorta did. And I maybe kinda sorta watched this video about 30 times, seriously, since yesterday afternoon. :) Because I love this--and them--so much. :] Also, we call those finger things "cootie catchers." I love making them! :D I never actually write in them, I just like to fold them. :) My new catch phrase is, "Google THAT!" Hah. And today was possibly one of my weirdest Jazz Band experiences. My Jazz Band director said, "I'm going to get you guys another song to play, you don't have enough." So, I simply suggested to my friend, because I forced her to watch all the concert videos from Rochester--to which she agreed, bless her--that we should play "Love Shack." She says to my other best friend, "Hey Kati, we should play 'Love Shack!'" Next thing I know, the entire Jazz Band is screaming at our director, "CAN WE DO LOVE SHACK?!" I honestly can NOT listen to that song with a straight face anymore. I just loved the wigs too much. And I now know all the words. :) Thanks, Jenn. You've scarred me--in a good way--for life. (: Gah, I love you guys so much! <3 :) !

I love you too!!!

just when I think I can't love ya'll anymore......ah....You are both sooooo hilarious and sweet...and I remember the valentines in Elementary school...and the stupid flowers in High school.....I agree, it was a great thing and a horrible thing at the same time.... and Kristian, I also agree that Valentines day is manufactured!...lol....and to help ya'll out...those little fold up things....we used to call them fortune tellers.....(I could NEVER fold one the right way....) and did you ever play MASH on a piece of paper??? again, I love you guys!! you rock!!!! and Jenn, you rocked at the lets get it on...Rap... ~sarah
